1 cucumber
1 piece of ginger root
juice of 1 lemon
1 stalk of celery
1 green apple
5 asparagus stalks

Soak the asparagus in cold water for 5 minutes. Peel the cucumber, lemon and apple and chop them into pieces. Then together with ginger and celery put them in a blender and mix. Serve with ice.
