2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 small boiled beets
1 orange
1 apple



Smoothie of apples

1 carrot
1 small beetroot
2 apples
some grapes
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Smoothie with spinach

1 apple
1 pear
strained juice of 1 orange
water for your needs
a few leaves of spinach or kale
1 teaspoon flaxseed


All you need to do is to choose your favorite recipe and mix the ingredients in a blender.
