250g. buckwheat flour
250g. rye flour
250g. integrally flour
250g. mixed graham and white flour
50g. of bran
1 tablespoon butter
2el olive oil
2 tablespoons salt

First mix the all types of flour and baking soda. Then add the remaining ingredients. By adding warm water to the mixture, make medium hard dough. Then divide the dough into three parts and let stand about 15 minutes. On surface with flour make from the each part very thin dough. Then cut into cubes. Arrange the cubes in a pan lined with foil for baking and a little olive oil. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let to cool and store them in a cardboard box.
