Do yourself a healthy breakfast for only 5 minutes. You need only 6 ingredients and you can even prepare 3 different breakfasts. And the ingredients that are needed are: peanut butter, banana, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, egg whites and oatmeal. Accordingly combined may become the tastiest meal of the day.
Breakfast No. 1
Mash one banana and mix it with 250 grams of oat flakes. Than from the mixture make balls and put them in the microwave for about 1 minute. Finally pour them with peanut butter.
Breakfast No. 2
In one small ceramic bowl put half a banana and mash it, then add 3 tablespoons of oat flakes and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Mix them nicely and put the bowl in the microwave for about 90 seconds. When the pie is ready, remove it from the ceramic dish and pour it with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and maple syrup.
Breakfast No. 3
Take 125 grams of oat flakes and pour them with 250 milliliters of water. Then put them in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Then add 3 egg whites and one chopped banana, stir nicely and return the mixture in the microwave oven for another 2 more minutes.
