Healthy and tasty pie with apples and almonds (without gluten and lactose)

Ingredients:
-200 grams of almonds
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-60 ml olive oil
-60 ml honey
-2 eggs
-2 large apples, cleaned, peeled and thinly sliced

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put paper for baking on the pan that you’ll use for this recipe. In medium bowl, mix together the almonds, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla. While you’re stirring, add the olive oil, honey and the eggs. Mix until you get united mixture.
Put the mixture on the baking paper in the pan, and then arrange the apples on it, so that you form a rose. Start from the middle and move towards the outside until you use all the pieces. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until the pie becomes hardened, and the apples get light brown color on the edges.
