Healthy and low-carb: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

For the preparation of this recipe you’ll need only these 3 ingredients:
-1/2 pound ground pork sausage
-1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, stems removed
-1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
First you need to preheat the broiler.
Put the sausage in one large and deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Then drain and put in one medium bowl.
Blend the cream cheese with the sausage. Stuff the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture and cream cheese.
Arrange the stuffed mushroom caps on one medium baking sheet and broil into the preheated oven about 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
