Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:
-2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 cups white sugar
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 cup vegetable oil
-1 cup water
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
At the beginning preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In one large bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour in it water, vanilla and vegetable oil and mix until well blended. Then spread the mixture evenly in one 9×13 inch baking pan.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes in the previously preheated oven, until the top is no longer shiny. Let cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Note: These brownies are very gooey and if you want them a little more solid you’ll need to cook them longer than the recommended time. These brownies are also great for people with egg or dairy allergies.
