Delicious gluten-free Layer Bars

Needed ingredients:
– 7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut, divided
– 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup butterscotch chips
– 1/2 cup sliced almonds
– 8 ounces unsalted peanuts
– 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

First of all preheat your oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ). Generously grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
Spread 2/3 of the flaked coconut equally on the bottom of the baking pan. Then sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch morsels and the peanuts evenly over the coconut layer and pour condensed milk evenly over the whole pan. At the end top with sliced almonds and the remaining coconut.
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Note: Cool completely before cutting into squares.
