Breakfast In A Glass: Delicious banana smoothie ready in 5 minutes

For this delicious smoothie you’ll need:
-1 banana
-1/3 cup nonfat milk
-1/4 cup strawberries
-1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt

 

All you have to do is to combine strawberries, banana, yogurt and milk in a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth, pour into glasses and serve.
