-1 cup brewed coffee, slightly cooled
-1 cup frozen raspberries
-1 cup ice
-1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1 tablespoon coconut sugar, or more to taste
All you have to do is to combine coffee, raspberries, ice, cocoa powder, almond milk, and coconut sugar in a blender and blend until frothy.
You can substitute the almond milk with any variety of milk. The coconut sugar can also be replaced with 1 to 2 packets of stevia sweetener.
If your coffee is still hot, add an additional 1/2 cup of ice.
