To protect your feet, you should wear proper shoes that are not too tight and that not cause friction. And you should treat the blisters with some natural remedies that contain anti-inflammatory and also healing properties.
There is one evergreen plant that can help you in the fight against blisters. It is called houseleek (Sempervivum tectorum) .This plant is planted as an ornament but it also contains antibacterial properties which makes it effective against blisters. You can make one ointment in order to relieve the pain and alleviate the wound.
Take 2 or 3 leaves of this plant and mix them with an equal dose of almond oil. Put the mixture on a blister and leave to stand at least a few minutes.
Repeat the procedure for 3 days and the blisters will disappear.
