10 signs of the body that reveal that you are not as healthy as you think

The human body is an incredible machine that needs to be regularly serviced. That is why it is very important to listen to what your body is saying to you. In the sequel there are 10 signs that you can not ignore because they tell you that you are not as healthy as you think.

1. Gray hair before your 40’s
Gray fibers are a natural phenomenon that most often depends on genetics. But if you have more than 50% of gray hair as early as the 30’s and have not had such cases in the family, it may be a sign of diabetes.

2. Spots
Although most of the body’s spots are harmless and benign, some may be quite dangerous, especially those that come from sunbathing. Senile or actin keratosis occurs under the influence of the sun and its UV radiation, and turns it into a precancerous skin change.

3. Eyes
The eye whitening should always be white. If it’s not about insomnia, colds or some kind of allergic reaction, color change can reveal dangerous changes in your body. For example, if the white part of your eye is yellow it may be a sign of jaundice or liver and bile problems. Red is a sign of high blood pressure or viral disease like conjunctivitis.

4. Cracked lips
The unpleasant cracks in the lips can be caused by changes in temperature and wind. But those who appear at the ends of the lips and turn into internal wounds may be a sign of vitamin B and zinc deficiency. If cracks are common, they may indicate a fungal infection.

5. Swollen neck
If you have noticed that your neck looks swollen, seek medical advice immediately. Swelling of the front of the neck is most commonly associated with thyroid problems, which are common in women between 20 and 50 years of age.

6. Loss of eyebrows
Eyebrows have become rarer over the years, but rupture of hairs may be a sign of thyroid problems – hyperthyroidism (overwork) or hypothyroidism (reduced work). These changes are accompanied by hair loss.

7. Red palms
Red palms can be caused by dermatitis, eczema, or certain allergic reactions to metal, drugs, food or drinking. On the other hand, these changes can be a sign of both laborious work and liver disease.

8. Nail changes
Nails can reveal much about your body, and changes occur for a variety of reasons. Each of them should be carefully examined by a doctor.

9. Cold feet
The feet are the farthest part of the heart, and therefore vascular diseases first manifest themselves on them. Rhine’s disease is an autoimmune disease that causes tightening of the veins in the hand and foot fingers, nose and ears, so they become cold, pale, and even begin to suffer.

10. Red cheeks
Although severe facial changes are common in women aged between 30 and 55, most commonly caused by changes in hormones, temperature, and chili food, they can also point to Rosacea – a chronic disease whose cause is unknown, and most often affects most part of women.
