Spring elixir to enhance immunity: Green tea with apple cider vinegar

This potion is great for improving your immunity and for the full detoxification of the body.

Ingredients required:

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
230 milliliters of green tea
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
A small piece of ginger
pinch of cinnamon powder (or grated fresh)

Method of preparation:
Make tea as always before, then add to the cup the other ingredients. Allow the ginger to stand longer to get a more intense taste. Before you drink, remove the ginger from the cup.
