Our body is one perfect mechanism in which many things take place simultaneously. Sometimes the body gives us signs that it needs help, which if we ignore it can lead to some health problems. See some of those signs, and what can you do about them.
1. Insomnia, irritability and cramps in the legs
If you have these symptoms, your body lacks magnesium and potassium. To supplement these vital elements, add tomatoes, oranges, bananas and spinach to the diet.
2. Dry skin
Dry skin may be a sign of vitamin E deficiency. You should therefore eat more vegetables, oil, nuts and fish.
3. Desire for sweets
If you suddenly have a desire for something sweet, the cause may be stress, depression, or fatigue. Your body needs glucose. To avoid weight gain, it is best to be honored with dark chocolate or honey.
4. Want to eat ice
If you want to eat ice, you may have anemia – iron deficiency. The best sources of iron are the eggs, the shells and the beef. However, it is best to consult your doctor if you have a desire for ice and you feel tired.
5. Bleeding gums
Sudden or persistent bleeding of the gums while washing your teeth may be a sign of vitamin C deficiency. In your diet include citrus fruits, spinach, green and red peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.
6. Brittle nails and hair
With this your body tells you that it lack vitamin B. Drink more milk and eat more mushrooms.
7. Circles around the iris
These circles appear in people older than 50 years, and this is normal. But if they occur in a younger person this may be a sign of high cholesterol. It is best to consult your doctor.
