Simple trick: Remove the brown spots from the skin quickly and easily!

The age spots are not a big deal unless these spots have very bad effect on someone’s self-confidence. They can lower someone’s self-confidence because they mostly appear on those areas that can be seen by others such as the face, hands and shoulders. And by the name you can understand that as you grow old these spots will multiply. Usually the first signs are large and brown spots.

You can’t fight the aging process, but there are some things that you can do to eliminate the aging spots from the skin. With this simple trick you can prevent the occurrence of the aging spots.

You should know what is triggering the appearance of these spots. The major contributor of brown spots is excessive exposure to the sunlight and the UV rays.  If you enjoy tanning, and you also spend quite time doing that, the melanin will appear into the body much quicker. The melanin is what makes the skin dark when you are out on the sun, but when the tan disappears there will be left brown splotches on the area that was mostly exposed to the sun because melanin has been overactive in all those areas.

It does not mean that the age spots will turn eventually into cancer, but you should be careful.

Do not ignore if you have funky borders around the spots, or if there are growing spots or if the ‘old’ one is changing, if these brown spots are becoming red or tender, or if the spots are different in color (if some are much darker than others). In case you notice some of the mentioned signs you must immediately visit a doctor.

How to eliminate the age spots?

You can eliminate the these spots with one simple trick. All you need are fresh onion juice and organic apple cider vinegar. This solution is really easy to prepare.

Dice one fresh onion. Put the bits into Ziploc bag and pulverize them using a blunt surface. Pour half a cup of organic apple cider vinegar in a blender and add the onion. Blend well until you get a smooth texture.

Soak one cotton ball into the mixture and apply it on the affected areas. Repeat this method every day for 2 to 4 weeks.

Onion has antioxidant properties and that will reduce the free radical damage and it will actually protect the outer skin layer. Apple cider vinegar will remove the dead skin layers because it has alpha hydroxyl acids in it.
