For all hair types: Make this wonderful flaxseed gel for silky and smooth hair

The flaxseed is excellent for skin and also for hair care and it suits all skin and hair types. It’s very rich in antioxidants which eliminate the free radicals that cause damage to the skin and hair. This recipe for flaxseed gel can be used for all skin and also hair types and acts as a protectant against the UV rays, pollution, dust and changing weather conditions. This gel can help with a number of skin and hair problems such as roughness, dandruff, split ends, dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, blemishes, and flaky skin.

Needed ingredients:
– 1 cup water
– ¼ cup flaxseeds
– fine sieve
– empty glass container
– large bowl

Soak the flax seeds overnight. By soaking you’ll reduce the cooking time and also increase the final amount of gel yield. That same water (you can add some more if it’s needed) bring it to boil. When the water starts boiling add the flax seeds and stir occasionally with reducing the flame. When the seeds stop sinking the water should change the consistency and become a foamy gel. Then turn off the heat because you will overcook the flaxseeds and get a hard gel. Filter the flaxseed water-gel through the fine sieve. You should wash the vessels immediately in order to avoid a sticky residue. Put the gel into a glass container and use it as needed. It can be kept in the fridge for about 2 weeks. You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oils after preparing the gel.
